ABOUT THE JOB
- Build relationships: Foster excellent working relationships with suppliers and internal customers by handling queries promptly and professionally, explaining cost calculations and payment terms.
- Collaborate globally: Work with offshore partners to investigate invoicing errors and ensure compliance with company policies while supporting other P2P Payment Coordinators.
- Ensure accuracy: Review and approve manual booking changes, process customer receivables, and complete supplier statement reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
- Manage supplier data: Request master data creations or changes, maintain service codes tables, and perform necessary housekeeping tasks like setting payment blocks.
- Drive improvement: Support monthly reporting on bad debt and aged creditors while identifying process improvements through collaboration with international teams.
ABOUT YOU
- Financial expertise: You have a solid Accounts Payable background with good commercial awareness.
- Communication skills: You possess excellent telephone manner, written and oral communication skills with the ability to work effectively in an international context.
- Problem-solver: You have strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Team player: You can build relationships across departments and influence others positively while working to tight deadlines.
- Technical knowledge: Experience with SAP would be advantageous.
- Language proficiency: Fluent English language skills are essential
