The Airline Commissary Agent is responsible for preparing, stocking, and delivering catering carts and bins with beverages, snacks, and other onboard amenities as required by the airline. This role includes loading and unloading carts from aircraft, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. Commissary Agents may operate motorized vehicles for transport and assist with aircraft cleaning when needed. Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced airport environment.

• Prepare and stock aircraft catering carts and bins with beverages, snacks, ice, liquor, and other onboard amenities.
• Transport and deliver stocked carts/bins to aircraft and remove used carts/bins post-flight.
• Inventory supplies and complete necessary reports and forms.
• Receive and verify deliveries from vendors to ensure proper stock levels.
• Operate motorized vehicles to transport carts and supplies between the warehouse and aircraft.
• Assist with aircraft loading, unloading, and light cleaning as needed.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues via phone or radio for coordination.
• Follow WFS site security procedures and report any security breaches or non-compliance.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to obtain an airport driving permit.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Basic communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and airline personnel.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions.

• Prior experience in airline commissary operations, catering, or warehouse roles.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and basic record-keeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience operating motorized airport vehicles or warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of carts and supplies.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and precipitation.
• Work in refrigerated environments, such as storage areas or cold rooms.
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and working in confined spaces.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fast-paced, high-pressure work environment with strict time constraints.
