Qualifications:- Airline or aviation industry experience.
- Familiarity with Ultimate Software.
Responsibilities:
- Process semi-monthly payroll for approximately 1,000 employees, supported by the Payroll Supervisor.
- Prepare and review post-payroll reports, including benefit contribution files and month-end reporting.
- Manage involuntary withholdings, including child support, tax levies, and garnishments.
- Track manual changes and imports for future payrolls.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely updates of employee information.
- Respond to employee inquiries promptly and maintain an organized inbox.
- Regularly audit payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate implementation of changes.
- Provide ad hoc reports, assist with invoice processing, and support accounting team needs as required.
Pay & Perks:
Compensation range $50,000 - $,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
