Schedule: Monday to Friday; 1st Shift 8AM-5PM
Pay Rate: $48.09 per hour
Drive Excellence in Production Planning!Join PDS Tech Commercial as a Production Planning Lead and play a pivotal role in our aerospace operations. Your expertise will ensure the seamless coordination of production schedules, materials, and interdepartmental activities, directly contributing to our success.
Key Responsibilities:Liaise with Procurement and Manufacturing Sites to ensure timely receipt of components.
Identify material shortages and develop solutions to minimize production disruptions.
Compile information and recommend improvements to production rates, processes, and inventory.
Coordinate manufacturing production schedules and assess changes to improve processes.
Track material availability and identify potential production problems.
Prepare reports on work in progress.
Ensure a controlled flow of approved materials to meet production requirements.
Coordinate activities with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and other departments.
Schedule and expedite the movement of parts via move orders and stock transfers.
Support detailed production scheduling in alignment with the Site Master Production Schedule.
Serve as the primary liaison between the site and Rockford for zero-hour returns.
Maintain and update the production commit/open order file regularly.
Attend local tier meetings to communicate priorities and provide status updates.
Qualifications:Required:
Bachelors Degree
5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Pay Details: $48.09 per hour
