Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe biggest airline. Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system, structures and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.
We are looking for a candidate who will take on the challenge with the current Recruiter to recruit experienced aircraft mechanics as well as candidates who are open to development in this direction, and will be proactive on topics to promote the employer brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Successful recruitment of aircraft mechanics, sheet metal workers and other employees.
- Publishing open roles and source candidates in cooperation with HR executives.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Weekly reporting to the HR Manager on all HR activity in your area.
- Maintain HR databases to ensure all files and the HR system is up to date and accurate.
- Supporting human resources processes by administering documentations, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and information.
- Working on employer branding activities such like open days, job fairs, colaboration with schools etc.
Requirements - HR experience, prefebly in recruitment.
- Verbal and written English skills on min. B2 level.
- Experience with data bases and raporting your work to supervirsors.
- Experience with direct search on LinkedIn.
- Must be proactive, taking the initiative in co-organizing events to promote the company.
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines effectively and efficiently.
- Ready to work fully onsite.
