The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment and systems within the company. This role includes planning, organizing, and overseeing maintenance work, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of new equipment. The Maintenance Manager also ensures that all work is carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing maintenance work, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Supervising a team of maintenance workers and technicians, including their training and development.
- Ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborating with other departments in planning and executing maintenance work.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the maintenance team and equipment.
- Managing the maintenance budget and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Solving technical problems and finding innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Keeping records of performed maintenance work and the condition of equipment.
Required Qualifications:
- Secondary or higher education in a technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Knowledge of technical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, maintenance software).
- Fluent Czech language
- Advance level of English
- Experience in project management.
