In this role will offer you the following daily responsibilities:



Lockheed Martin is looking for a highly motivated X-Flight Range Integrator to become a member of the X-Flight Team at the Eastern Range.

As a X-Flight Range Integrator, you will:

• Participate in technical interchange meetings and various working groups and range safety review meetings
• Develop and/or update Facility Safety Data Package and Ground Operations Plan to support customer, range safety, pad safety, and contractual requirements
• Review and provide input to requirements for the range
• Integrate CONOPS across various organizations, systems, and subsystems
• Assist in the development of documentation and mitigations to real and potential issues that could impact the mission



This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility one of the Coolest places to work: Titusville, FL. , and be expected to work in the office.
Basic Qualifications:
To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education,
• 6+ years of professional experience,
• Knowledge of requirements development,
• Experience with multi-point customer/stakeholder programs engaging in cross collaborative environments,
• You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Desired Skills:
To be effective, ideally, you should also have:

• Bachelors degree or higher,
• 9+ years of professional experience,
• Previous FBM experience,
• Familiar with range safety and/or system safety
• Ability to absorb extensive technical detail and logically formulate solutions for an inflexible schedule,
• Ability to interact with other to ensure mission requirements are satisfied,
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of the daily program operations,
• Risk and Opportunity Management experience,
• Demonstrated exceptional strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, and stakeholders, as well as program executives, with an ability to persuade and motivate action,
• Possess effective relationship-building skills with peers, leadership and suppliers.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
