Responsibilities
- Maintain currency and qualification in the at least one of the airplanes used in the certificate holder’s operation.
- Ensure flight operations are conducted in accordance with Company policies, federal, state, local and foreign regulations.
- Maintain a sufficient number of qualified crewmembers to conduct reliable flight operations to satisfy Company requirements.
- Responsible for being knowledgeable of the General Operations Manual, Operations Specifications and Federal Regulations pertaining to Company operations.
- Conduct supervisory flying to ensure the professionalism of pilots and overall pilot standards.
- Ensure pilot appearance, attendance, and personal conduct comply with Company policy.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Authorities and Duties
- Delegated by the Director of Operations to exercise limited authority for Operational Control of the flight operations.
- Representing the Company in government, industry and community activities.
- Encourage employees to make suggestions for process improvements or report errors.
