Position Summary
Administers customer service accounts of moderate scope and complexity to achieve division business objectives and to meet customer performance expectations. Responsible for seeing the direction and oversight of assigned customer accounts are carried out. Interprets customer requests, monitors performance and delivery, investigates complaints, negotiates pricing and discounts based upon predetermined scope
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:This position does not have direct reports. This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor, and interacts with internal and external customers..
Responsibilities
• Enters and maintains sales orders and quotes for assigned customers.• Interprets customer requests, monitors performance and delivery.• Negotiates pricing and discounts based on predetermined scope.• Evaluates customer performance requirements, delivery schedules, and reviews estimates of materials and labor costs.• Resolves customer complaints concerning deliveries, invoicing, or billing discrepancies.• Maintains successful, long term business relationships and contacts with customers.• Utilizes customer websites to obtain information.• Performs contract review on orders.
Qualifications
• US Citizen or US Permanent Resident• Minimum High School or equivalent• Minimum one year experience in customer service for manufacturing company• Intermediate computer skills• Attention to detail when entering/maintaining sales orders• Experience coordinating with customers (quoting/status updates) and internal discipline.• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good computer skills. Experience working in the manufacturing industry, able to speak to all levels of the organization. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Competitive Compensation
- Pay Range: $22.5/hr to $37.5/hr
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
