Executive Air Taxi Corporation is a full-service FBO in Bismarck, ND. Our mission is to provide the public and our community with high-quality air transportation and aviation services. We are currently seeking a full-time dynamic Parts Administrator to join our talented team.
As a Parts Administrator, you will work with our maintenance department and assist customers to ensure they receive the correct parts. This person will also be responsible for seeking outside sales opportunities, looking up and ordering parts, shipping, receiving, stocking inventory, shipping and delivery of airplane parts/equipment, and warranty administration. This person will also work to maintain accurate inventory controls to optimize sales.
The ideal candidate:
- Is safety oriented
- Must be detail-oriented
- Has previous parts experience-not required
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
This individual must have robust customer service skills, be a team player, and be dependable.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 8a-5p, or as workflow may require. There are occasions when this position may require overtime.
