Job Description:

Tasks

In your role, as Accountant you will be responsible for PTP accounting:

  • Posting of incoming invoices
  • Settlement of receivables and payables
  • Handle payment reminders and e-mail communication with suppliers
  • Preparing payment run to suppliers
  • Active communication with customers and business units in order to ensure a smooth process of payments
  • Vendor management
  • Monthly/Yearly accruals – posting & dissolving
  • Ensuring compliance to internal and external audit requirements
  • Keeping documentation for realizing processes updated
  • Monthly & yearly closing
  • Preparing of reports/statements
  • ICS/KPI checks

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • To join us you need the Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines
  • We highly appreciate minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payables (Purchase-to-Pay)
  • You feel quite confident in speaking English. Your communication, both oral and written, is conducted in a professional manner
  • German language knowledge would be an asset for our company
  • You feel confident in practice of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • If you already have the SAP knowledge your introduction will be even more efficient
  • Flexibility and adaptability- is well known to you
  • You feel good when you cooperate in a team, but when needed, you can also conduct your individual tasks independently
  • You understand that it is crucial to work systematically and respond to client and suppliers quickly and efficiently
  • Thanks to your highly developed analytical and conceptual mindset, you can easily work with high volume data
