Your main tasks include, among others:

• Identify and develop new spanet potential. Analyze and evaluate spanet developments in relevant spanets.
• Assist the Global Platform Manager in its duties to be the single point of contact of the cargo activity on the ITA fleet both internally and externally.

• Fulfillment and monitoring of platform budget. Analyze reasons of deviations and identify necessary corrective actions.
• Continuously analyze and report platform KPI’s of relevant flight focusing on capacity availability, capacity utilization, revenue, yield, charge mix and quality.
• Support basic settings (Payloads, Hurdle Rates, Pre-Caps etc.) on the platform.
• Restraint operational hurdles (processes and regulations).
• Support the implementation of spaneting measures within the platform.
• Provide analytical support for business case development for new ITA routes and when opening new stations.
• Analyze and provide necessary input concerning the RFS and flights networks. Safeguard the highest revenues on the ITA platform.
• Support central capacity control and steer ITA’s OCC.

The ideal Business Analyst Platform Management should meet the following requirements:

• University degree in Transport Management or Business/ economics preferably with emphasis on sales, commerce and /or logistics. 

• Min. 8 years of relevant work experience in the logistics/ Air Cargo industry.
• Good knowledge of Air Cargo’s processes and organization, and ability to connect own activities to a worldwide organization independently.
• Good knowledge of Power BI and industry data sources. 
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Skills: Analytical skills, Business sense, Detail oriented, Communication skills, Understanding of mathematical concepts, Problem Solving, Productivity driven, Strategic Thinking.
