What youll do:

• Drive and monitor business growth initiatives
• Manage and support accounts for Inside and Outside Sales teams
• Analyze weekly sales data and prepare insightful reports
• Maintain and enhance local CRM and customer intelligence tools
• Evaluate sales leads and share valuable insights
• Coordinate local pricing and special agreements
• Ensure compliance with company standards and support external partners
• Oversee quality levels and assist partners in overcoming challenges
• Manage relationships with office vendors and suppliers, including invoice approvals
• Handle account credit limit requests and contract preparation
• Prepare annual budgets and manage provisions
• Review and process international financial transactions
• Oversee office IT services and requests
• Ensure adherence to compliance regulations

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree is a plus
• Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in the logistics / air cargo industry
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical abilities
• Solid business sense
• Cost awareness and efficiency mindset
