Tasks
When you join our team, you will:
- Coordinate and ensure the execution of trainings for Corporate Procurement in Sofia
- Local contact for the internal learning management system and responsible for the integration of colleagues and trainings in the system
- Monitor and prepare reports on the current qualification status of local employees
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps, define role-based requirements through annual local training analysis and develop training materials in coordination with central training experts in Hamburg and the global training community
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- University degree in field relevant for the position
- Minimum 1,5 years relevant experience required
- First professional experience in the field of projects, training, preferably in procurement, desirable
- Business fluent in English
- Ability to work in a team in an international context
- High collaboration and communication skills, proactive mindset
- Responsibility for coverage of related activities due to colleague’s absence from office
- Responsibility regarding proper communication and documentation of all related work results
- Distinct cross-cultural competence
