Tasks
As a Logistics Intern, you will contribute by performing the following duties, among others:
- Monitoring and reporting on Handling, Quality, and other relevant Regional Key Performance Indicators
- Developing and implementing new reporting tools, as well as continuously improving existing reports and measures
- Collecting and maintaining data related to handling, quality, and cost for short- and medium-term planning and project management
- Supporting in the preparation and reporting of target achievement for procurement contract
- Creating reports and presentations for middle and upper management, and coordinating meetings
- Supporting the development and implementation of new handling and supply chain processes
- Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as required by middle and upper management
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

- Highschool GED required
- Recent College Grad / current Undergrad or Greater student desirable
- Interest in Aviation, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management
- Fluency in English language required
- Proficiency in MS Office (with emphasis in excel)
- Excellent ability to work on multiple assignments with tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong affinity to figures and analysis
- Excellent ability to gather facts and figures and write short concise briefing papers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
