Job Description:

Tasks

  • Provide functional leadership to EHS teams across EMEA & Americas, ensuring alignment with central strategies and corporate objectives
  • Fully lead the central EHS team, managing performance, mentoring, and driving team development
  • Define and implement EHS strategic goals, ensuring full compliance with local, national, and EU regulations
  • Oversee and enhance ISO 14001/45001 management systems to meet global standards
  • Lead key EHS projects, establish reporting structures, analyze data trends, and drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct audits, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions
  • Develop, standardize, and implement training programs at both local and central levels
  • Advise departments on EHS compliance obligations and represent the company in global EHS forums

Requirements

  • University degree in Environmental, Chemical, Occupational Safety, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS legislation, including applicable European regulations.
  • Expertise in EHS management systems: development, documentation, and implementation to international standards.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental and occupational health & safety.
  • Proven experience in audits: planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; proficient in Microsoft software.
  • Strong communication skills in multicultural environments.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent analytical, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on performance.
