For our group company Deutsche Lufthansa AG we are looking for you as an intern in the HR Management Cabin Crews Munich.
Internship start June / July or November / December or by arrangement for at least 6 months as a mandatory internship. The internship will be remunerated.
- Supporting and advising the flight attendants and departments employed at the Munich site on labor law, collective bargaining and personnel policy issues
- Insight into all HR-relevant processes of operational HR management, including advising the specialist department and working with the co-determination committees
- Support in the day-to-day operations of the team
- Supporting the head of department with HR-specific specialist and special topics

Requirements
You are studying business administration, economics/social sciences, management, business law or a comparable course of study and are at least in your third semester.
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application)
- You have a high degree of initiative, independence, flexibility and commitment
- You have very good communication and teamwork skills
- You are characterized by a careful and systematic way of working
- You are organized, goal-oriented and structured in your approach
- You have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- You have high quality standards for your own work results
- Your commitment and cordiality contribute to successful cooperation
