Tasks
- Supporting and advising the pilots, flight attendants and specialist departments employed at the Frankfurt site on labor law, collective bargaining and personnel policy issues
- Insight into all HR-relevant processes of operational HR management, including advising the department and working with the co-determination bodies
- Support in the day-to-day operations of the team
- Supporting the head of department with HR-specific specialist and special topics

Requirements
You are studying business administration, economics/social sciences, management, business law or a comparable course of study and are at least in your third semester.
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application)
- You have a high degree of initiative, independence, flexibility and commitment
- You have very good communication and teamwork skills
- You are characterized by a careful and systematic way of working
- You are organized, goal-oriented and structured in your approach
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
