As part of the paid internship, we offer you the opportunity to gain an insight into the broad field of talent management and actively work with us. Our team combines expertise from different areas. We also allow you to work in other departments.
The following areas of activity await you in our team:
- Support in the implementation and realization of talent initiatives for all professional groups employed in an airline, from airline crew, technology, operational employees at the station to administrative employees and the various requirements of these professional groups
- Assistance with the Welcome Days for new employees
- Active involvement in projects for the further development of existing talent programs or the development of new programs
- Getting to know the various HR interfaces
- We also look forward to you actively contributing your own ideas

Requirements
To become part of our team, you should be majoring in HR, Development or Talent Management or have a keen interest in these areas.
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
- High level of communication skills, independence and organizational talent
- Creativity and enthusiasm
- Hands-on mentality
- Fluency in writing texts
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Existing knowledge in the creation of presentations
