Tasks
The main tasks of the Lead Office Agent include, among others:
- Documentary Acceptances
- Shipment Data Capture
- Prioritization of Export Build-up and Import Breakdown
- Preparation of Export and Import documentation (Manifest, AWBs)
- Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
- Preparation NOTOC
- Close out flight
- Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
- Customer contact (Notify customer)
- Hand over AWB and Docs to customer
- Debit charges
- Assists the Cargo Supervisor in monitoring the Office Agent Junior
- Provides feedback to Office Supervisor
- Provides Support to Office Agent
- Provide oversight and training to new agents working in the office
- Participates in staff briefings
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

- High school diploma/GED required
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse handling desirable
- Fluency in English language required
- Qualification according to CHM / GOM required
- Proficiency in MS Office as user
