• Lead and coordinate technical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and costs.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Track progress, address deviations, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Integrate customer needs and maintain satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain proper documentation and change control.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Facilitate reviews and promote project‑management best practices.

• Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in project management (preferably in industrial or aviation environments)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Good command of English (mandatory)
• Team-oriented with problem-solving mindset
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards
