Tasks
- Provide 1st Level Support for Basic IT Services.
- Operate and maintain basic infrastructure services (e.g., WAN, email, printing, end-user support).
- Assist in resolving incidents.
- Manage service requests and inquiries within specified SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to the next level in a timely manner.
- Prepare and update documentation.
- Support various tasks and projects.
