Tasks
- Support in the conception, preparation and implementation of internal communication measures (e.g. newsletter, webcast or publication plan)
- Assistance in day-to-day business with routine tasks such as media production, intranet presence, etc.
- Support in the production of an internal podcast on innovation topics in the area of "Global Markets & Hub Steering"
- Support in the coordination and analysis of the annual employee survey, as well as assistance in the implementation of follow-up measures in the area of communication and formats
- Assistance in concept design, organization and participant management of the annual LH Group internal conference for the management team of the commercial, worldwide resort

Requirements
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (gap year)
- Experience in digital communication and/or other relevant areas
- You are business fluent in German and English
- Organizational talent and an independent, structured way of working
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, quick comprehension and a high level of motivation
- Confident manner and good communication skills with colleagues
- Hands-on mentality for working in cross-functional teams
- You are a crack in MS Office applications, especially MS Powerpoint and MS Teams
- You are a team player and have a high level of commitment and flexibility
