Join our team in Hamburg as a Sales Strategy Officer for Engine Services. The following exciting tasks await you:
- You develop global and regional sales strategies for Engine Maintenance Services (EMS) and Mobile Engine Services (MES)
- You identify spanet potential, derive global and regional measures and implement them
- You prepare and analyze the results of customer satisfaction monitoring and coordinate specific measures to increase customer satisfaction
- You develop new standard contracts and offer templates and optimize them further
- You initiate spaneting measures globally and regionally and coordinate the relevant interfaces in close cooperation with
- You analyze sales projects and potentials and develop measures for the successful completion of sales campaigns

Requirements
We would like to get to know you personally and therefore deliberately refrain from listing soft skills. We would be delighted if you have the following qualifications:
- Completed studies (Masters, Bachelors, FH, Diploma) in economics or engineering and, depending on the course of study, additional demonstrable business management know-how or strong technical understanding
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the MRO industry, preferably in engine overhaul or a comparable field
- Good knowledge of the global MRO spanet with a focus on engine overhaul
- Experience in project management
- Very good knowledge of English and German
- Willingness to work at home and abroad
